Account information

CovantAIQ collects usernames, email addresses, contact details, securely hashed passwords, verification and reset records, account roles, login timestamps, and account-status history.

Marketplace information

We collect project descriptions, service addresses, photos, documents, messages, provider business details, license and insurance information, responses, cancellations, completion records, and reviews. Exact service addresses remain hidden from providers until a homeowner hires and connects with one.

Payments

Stripe processes homeowner listing payments and provider subscriptions. CovantAIQ stores Stripe identifiers, payment status, trial and renewal dates, but does not store full card numbers.

Use and sharing

Information is used to authenticate users, process payments, match projects, enforce marketplace rules, prevent fraud, provide support, and send service notifications. CovantAIQ does not sell personal information. Relevant project information is shared only with eligible providers, and contact details are shared after connection.

Retention and deletion

Users may request deletion, subject to retention needed for payments, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and account enforcement. Suspended, banned, or archived records may be retained rather than erased.
